Okay. So….
Guy on the left is Michal Neuvirth, guy on the right is Tomas Vokoun. They are each goalies for the Washington Capitals, and both are pretty good (really good, lately). Neuvy has very distinctive “cat” eyes, and he’s sometimes called “Kitty” by some fans. When Vokoun makes a really good save, the Verizon Center crowd goes “Kooooooon!” in appreciation (when I first heard it I thought they were booing him! but they’re not).
Either way, I hear “Koon” and I think raccoon.
Most raccoons are rabid. :|
